As the year turns, grief does not disappear — and neither should the love we carry. This gentle reflective workshop offers a quiet, supportive space for those moving into a new year while holding loss.
Together, we’ll reflect, write, and pause — without pressure to “move on” or find answers. Through guided prompts and spacious writing time, participants are invited to honor where they are, acknowledge what remains tender, and step into the coming season with compassion and care.
No journaling experience is needed. Come as you are.
